Help! Move bedroom or install cures …?
I’ve been practicing Feng Shui for about four years now and truly believe it to be helpful and true. I’ve always done my research at the beginning of the new year and implemented all cures, changes and enhancements. But this year I have a dillema and don’t know what to do: My two-and-a-half year old son’s bedroom is the NorthEast corner of our house and this year it’s the 5 yellow, bringing severe health problems to anyone in it. Everything I read about this says to get out of that room if possible, especially children, but can I install cures there? I’m only hesitant to change rooms because we will have to change three rooms for my son to have another room (and even then, he will be in the North 7): our office must become our bedroom, our bedroom will become our son’s room and his room would have to be our office. And we just got settled in!
So my question to you is this: Would you simply install a 5 element pagoda (and maybe windchimes too, just to be double safe) in the bedroom of the 2007 NorthEast? Or would you make sure the child does not sleep in this room at all.
Hi
Do not worry! As long as you can make sure that the Northeast remain peaceful and quite, no knocking on walls or banging, it should not be a cause for alarm. The 5 yellow is an earth star and if you feel some kind of “cure” would make you feel better, then I would suggest a 6 rod Windchime. If this can be hung near a window, all the better. If you are also practising 8 mansion, you may want to check whether your son’s room is located in an auspicious location based on house qua and sleep facing his life qua’s auspicous direction too. Hi
Don’t feel too bad and let’s not use a negative moniker “lousy”. This is very self defeating! I see your chart as quite hot and dry. You need more water especially “Qui” to cool you down and this is found in your mother palace. You should seek her support who is your Seven Killings star. Her positive influence can also make you more productive. This year of Ding Hai or Fire Boar bodes some negative aspect in terms of work as there is a clash between your Rob Wealth star and Direct Officer. Try to keep a level head and use persuasion instead of confrontation in resolving problems that come your way.

Hi Indigolite
You are strong fire DM and your output element (earth) is useful to you by making you a high achiever. You are highly practical, expansive and bold. You are now in your favorable luck pillar (Wu Xu) at your current age of 20 where there is good prospect for making money. The coming Chinese New Year of Ding Hai also portends promotion luck for you. If you are keen to change your career, you should go for it as the business of import/export hold good potential for your status and rank. However, you can be indecisive and that can spell missed opportunities. Therefore, beware of the clash between the monkey and tiger in your natal chart!

My Kua is 5 and spouse Kua is 3. Kitchen is in the East. Looks like it’s really bad there this year. House was built in 1992, sits in the SE and faces NW.
SouthEast South SouthWest
2 4 6 8 4 6
1 6 8
East Center West
3 1 1 3 8 1
9 2 4
NorthEast North NorthWest
7 9 5 7 9 2
5 7 3
I’ve tried to understand this myself before posting it but I just can’t sem to grasp it. It’s just too many numbers and too many meaning behind it. It already took me days to get this far.
Thanks.

I believe your star chart is not accurate. First, you have to determine the period of your house, then find out the exact facing direction (looking out from your front door) i.e. NW1 or NW2/3 and thereafter, you permute the star chart of your house by flying the stars according to forward or reverse depending on whether they are water stars, mountain stars or base stars. To ascertain the period of the house, you will need also to check whether any major renovation to the house was done after it was built. If none, your house is period 7 (1984 - 2003).
If your star chart is wrong, it will affect the readings of the star combination. By the way, your gua is 8 since qua 5 is not applicable. Flying stars are not that difficult once you have grasp the fundamentals.
